Registration
Registration is now open ! The deadline for author registration is MAY 15 2024. We apologize for this delay and thank you for your patience and understanding.
You may submit your registration via internet using the online registration form. Registration by e-mail or phone will NOT be accepted. You’ll be able to pay your registration fee online by credit card or bank transfer. ALL amounts are in US currency.
CAVEAT – Registration in the student category cannnot be used to cover a paper. Doing so will result on the removal of the paper. Cancellation fees will be applied.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings subject to advanced registration of at least one (1) of the authors by May 15, 2024. One registration can cover up to two (2) papers. Unregistered papers will be removed from the program and not published in the conference proceedings. The student categories cannot be used to cover the registration of papers.

Registration Inclusions
(1) For all authors: Includes publication of up to 2 papers, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings, banquet, tutorials, WIE Event.
(2) For student non-authors: Includes welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings, Tutorials, WIE Event. Cannot be used to cover the registration of papers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request must be sent to the conference registrar BEFORE May 31, 2024. No refunds will be allowed after this date. Cancelled papers won’t be included in the proceeedings. There will be a cancellation fee of corresponding to 50% of the registration fees deducted from each refund.
Substitution Policy
All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to NEWCAS2024SUB@resmiq.org no later than June 7, 2024.
